Yoga Class Description

SLOW FLOW – This class is set at a much slower pace to break down the basis of each asana (pose). Incorporating breath work is on main focus. This can be treated as great introductory class for those newcomers in yoga or finding ways to relax.

POWER FLOW – The main point is slower warmup building heat to prepare the body for larger poses at steady rate. Your body is oxygenated and your mind learns how to be focused and aware. This class is designed to challenge and inspire!

HEATED POWER FLOW – In addition to the regular Power Flow you can get heated version to promote cleansing of the physical body as well as the mind. This is a good practice for more challenging poses be much easier accessible.

DEEP STRETCH – This class is our slowest paced class. The main point is your muscles, ligaments and tendons stretching. We hold poses between 2 to 5 minutes using various supporting props. This class is suitable for athletes required a deep tissue release from tight muscles and stiffness.

Youth and adult yoga classes available in both private and group forms.  

The newcomers can start their studying at any time all year round. Skilled teachers and individual approach to every student are guaranteed.

Private and group lessons are available on a weekly basis: 30 and 45 minunets  for Kids, 60 minutes  for Adults.
