We are thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our Virtuoso School schedule: Yoga and Stretching Class for Adults every Saturday! Take a break from your hectic week, unwind, and find your inner peace in the serene atmosphere of our studio.

Join us as we embark on a journey towards physical and mental well-being through yoga poses, deep stretches, and mindful breathing exercises. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is tailored to accommodate all levels of experience. Our expert instructor will guide you through each movement with gentle precision, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the session.

Not only will this class help improve flexibility and strength but also reduce stress levels, increase mindfulness, and promote overall wellness. It’s an opportunity to harmonize your mind, body, and soul in a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

Back to its origins, yoga was invented in India many years ago. It can be guided by it to become flexible, on the one hand, and broaden your mind, on the other. Apart from that, yoga can help you with health issues. Skills to gain:

What is Yoga?

Yoga is a simple process of reversing the ordinary outward flow of energy and consciousness so that the mind controls your body. By practicing the step-by-step methods you wil know the idea of oneness with the Infinite Intelligence, Power, and Joy which gives life to all and which is the essence of our own Self.

Reasons why you need yoga:

Lower stress and improves your mood Some yoga methods use meditation techniques, which focus the mind on your breathing that boost oxygen levels and make you feel relaxed and relieved. Moreover, you will notice that most days in good spirits. Boost confidence Aside from the uplifting spiritual values, the act of meditation can actually boost your confidence. The process works by realizing tension from your mind, get rid of anxiety, that is the way to establish an internal connection with yourself Lowers the risk of injury Exercise such as running is usually a series of rapid, forceful movements, which means that effort is at a maximum and there is a higher risk of injury and increased muscle tension. Helps you lose weight Obesity is a sign that you lead unhealthy lifestyle full of stress. Practicing yoga you will find a balance between your body and your mind, consequently you will lose weight naturally. Increases flexibility People use to say that they are not flexible enough to do yoga. The main point is, you will stretch your muscles while yoga asanas working, but not vise versa. Regular practicing allows you to move around more freely.

Yoga Class Description

SLOW FLOW – This class is set at a much slower pace to break down the basis of each asana (pose). Incorporating breath work is on main focus. This can be treated as great introductory class for those newcomers in yoga or finding ways to relax. POWER FLOW – The main point is slower warmup building heat to prepare the body for larger poses at steady rate. Your body is oxygenated and your mind learns how to be focused and aware. This class is designed to challenge and inspire! HEATED POWER FLOW – In addition to the regular Power Flow you can get heated version to promote cleansing of the physical body as well as the mind. This is a good practice for more challenging poses be much easier accessible. DEEP STRETCH – This class is our slowest paced class. The main point is your muscles, ligaments and tendons stretching. We hold poses between 2 to 5 minutes using various supporting props. This class is suitable for athletes required a deep tissue release from tight muscles and stiffness.

Virtuoso School of Music and Art.Dance& Yoga

Youth and adult yoga classes available in both private and group settings.

New students are able to start lessons at any time during the school year. We will provide weekly yoga classes with a very professional teacher and individual approach to every student.

Private and group lessons are available on a weekly basis 30 and 45 minutes for Kids and 60 minutes for Adults .

Great school! My daughter goes to School of Little Talents and takes weekly half an hour private voice lessons with Eric. While she’s not the most focused student, Eric manages to keep her interest and is very flexible in his teaching. He lets her pick her favorite Disney songs and works with her through the difficult parts, which keeps her engaged and motivated. I had zero expectations when we signed up, but was amazed to see how much her voice developed throughout the year.

I was looking for an online music school, as I work until the evening. And in social networks, I accidentally found the Virtuoso School of Music and Art. I live in the Netherlands and we have a big time difference. Despite this, I decided to contact the director of the school, Ms. Svetlana. I explained to her that I was very interested in starting to learn to play the piano, and that was my dream for many years. She kindly showed me through FaceTime her beautiful school, which is very nicely decorated and helped me choose a convenient time for classes. She introduced me to a very professional teacher, Mr. Eric, who has a lot of knowledge. He is very kind and very patient. He gives me a lot of advice on how to be productive and achieve very good results. I have been taking piano lessons for more than a year and I am very satisfied. From time to time, Mrs. Svetlana visits my class and listens to my performance, which motivates me to practice more and shows my progress. This is a very organized and great music school that I highly recommend!
