Francisco is a highly skilled and passionate music educator with extensive experience in both guitar and drum instruction, backed by a solid academic foundation that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Musical and Sound Arts (Drum Performance) from U-Artes Art University, a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Music and Jazz (Guitar Performance) from Santiago De Guayaquil Catholic University, and a Technologist in Jazz and Contemporary Music from the Russian Conservatory of Music Rimsky Korsakov. His expertise spans voice and instrumental teaching, music theory, live sessions, show production, orchestral conducting, arranging music, and ensemble management, all enriched by certifications in Latin Jazz and Blues Performance. Throughout his professional career, Francisco has served as Music Director and Teacher at LIART Music School in Quevedo, Ecuador, where he introduced students to essential music concepts and motivated them through consistent practice and personalized feedback, and as Art Department Coordinator and Private Music Teacher for the Municipal Government of Quevedo City, where he prepared students for successful performances and collaborated with colleagues to enhance teaching methods.
