Zachary Hugo is an active performer and educator from Rock Hill, SC. Zachary received his Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance in 2008 and his Master of Music degree in choral conducting from Winthrop University in 2016, where he served as Assistant Director of the Chorale and Chamber Singers. Mr. Hugo currently serves as Director of Traditional Music at Harrison UMC in Pineville, SC. Mr. Hugo has also taught as a faculty member at Central Piedmont Community College, where he served as Associate Conductor for the Opera Theatre. His solo work includes performances of Mozart’s Requiem and Great
Mass in C minor, Faure’s Requiem, Bach’s Magnificat, Haydn’s Creation, Finzi’s In Terra Pax, and Handel’s Messiah. Mr. Hugo’s Operatic roles include: Papageno in Die Zauberflöte, Dr.
Falke in Die Fledermaus, Belcore in L’Elisir d’Amore, Schaudard and Marcello in La Bohéme
